Lumikari Labs combines strategic consulting, educational programs, and community of practice to help organizations and professionals navigate technological transformation while keeping humans at the center.

The company was founded by leaders with decades of combined experience in global operations, communications, and technological transformation. Our founding team includes former State Department professionals with deep expertise in AI adoption and digital transformation, including leading workforce AI adoption initiatives that built the largest AI community of practice in the U.S. Government—growing from 0 to over 8,000 members—and delivering training programs that drew over 1,000 live participants.

This experience scaling AI adoption across large, complex organizations has provided unique insights into the gap between what technology promises and what actually happens when real people try to use it. We've seen firsthand how technological change affects people at every level of an organization, across different cultures and contexts.

Our approach focuses on developing leadership capabilities that will serve organizations regardless of which specific technologies emerge or evolve.
